The ViaConFer system allows the centralized and remote control of the wine fermentation process in the cellars. The system allows to monitor and control the temperature of each tank by starting the cooling / heating system when necessary. In addition, the system has sensors that measures the tank filling level. If the temperature or the filling level exceeds the predetermined safety limits, the system generates an audible warning and sends an alert email. The system allows automatic and programmed pumping over and punching down.
System management is carried out through a web application that can be run on any device (PC, smartphone, tablet) connected to the system’s WiFi network. If the installation has an Internet connection, the system can also be controlled remotely from any device connected to the Internet
